Another great video Josh. Is Leaflet is still your go to tool for internal gaming session bc you have all of the other features like popups, layers, distance tracking, etc, and you only use this Intellidraw map method for external publishing only? Are they any other use case distinctions between Leaflet and Intellidraw?
I use Foundry to display the player visible map to my TV table. So maps inside Obsidian are just for me. For that I use Leaflet. I pin the maps to the left side bar which let's me use maps as a navigation tool where each pin is linked to the header associated with the room or location. I don't use Excalidraw for maps. I've just done that to show people that it's possible in case there are people who want to publish their worlds bia Onsidian Publish.
Looks good. I'm looking to use something for free which I can used for paid DMing. Using Obsidian for commercial use is supposedly defined by Obsidian as “revenue-generating or work-related activities within a for‑profit company that has two or more people”. Would I get shanked if I use the free version for a paid service but have no employees?
