After a stroke when you or your loved one has a weakened or paralyzed side, or you suffer from Parkinson's or other neurological disorders, arthritis, or other orthopedic problems, you can have independence and maintain your dignity. Any changes in your body habitus would benefit from an evaluation by an Occupational Therapist in addition to a Physical Therapist.
Occupational Therapists can help you be independent with your Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) by assessing what DME (Durable Medical Equipment) you need to be successful. Have your health care provider send an order to your local Rehab center so you can learn what you need. It's all about remaining independent!

IF there is only two of you in the room and are familiar with each other, then why do you BOTH wear a mask? I would say that you wear a mask when you are alone driving your car?

Hi there! I don't understand. You don't wear a mask when you're by yourself. During Covid, we wore a mask when we were around others to prevent the spread of any germs. Just because we knew each other doesn't mean that we couldn't contaminate each other. Does that help?

Very informative, but I would have loved the video if there was not a 1 minute lag between the audio and the visual. Not sure if it is only me...?
