This is a music and nature audio with super soft, slow ambient music, minimal gentle piano and ocean waves to help you quiet your mind, let go of your day, completely relax and enter a meditative head space. This music is also a perfect soundtrack for yoga, tai chi, qi gong or just pure relaxation.
Completely uninterrupted for 1 hour, there’s 30 minutes of music which gradually fades away leaving 30 minutes of pure ocean wave sounds for deep meditation or sleep.
There’s no ad at the end (or middle) so as long as you set your RU-vid settings to stop at the end of the video you’ll be completely left to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Our nervous system doesn’t distinguish between what’s real and imaginary - and our bodies respond to what’s in our mind (real or imagined) in much the same way it as to what’s physically around us.
This means that when we visualise or imagine being in nature, our bodies release a lot of the same feel good hormones as we experience when we’re in nature in real life, which has a very real and positive impact on our physical health and emotional wellbeing. So I hope that the ocean sounds in this video take you somewhere you love.
