In this video we feature this Octavia VRS that came in for some extensive work to become an absolute animal.
While the car was in we fittted a full carbon fibre Forge intake system, Scorpion cat back, Trackslag 4 inch downpipe, Golf R turbo, forge uprated brake calipers/disks/pads. we then also fitted a stage 2 performance clutch, wagner tuning intercooler, And an Airtec Motorsport turbo elbow.
after all the work was done we then took the car out on data logs so we could make sure everything was working perfectly together. Then after that we took the car out on dyno runs and what a new animal it was, it was incredibly aggressive when the turbo came in spinning up the wheels in 1st, 2nd and 3rd ending up making 392bhp. The car has since come back for sme more little goodies and development and is now making clear of 450bhp!!

Mines running a similar setup, full custom exhaust, hi flow cat, stage 2, induction kit....just having an uprated clutch fitted as the standard one literally cannot cope with the torque increase, but I love the car so much. So nice to drive and much bigger then a Golf gti. Need to get it dynoed, but reckon it's putting out around 380ish...

this is having a motorsport CG clutch fitted soon and a BIG vortex XL turbo all fitted by us. Watch this space.

I also have a VRS making about 350hp. Mine's the DSG model and the way it snaps and bangs through gears is so addicting

How'd you get it to 350? Is that stage 2? Mine is 315bhp with a stage one, milltek exhaust and k&m air system

Driven many VAG cars from when I started driving mostly vw/audi. Skoda is currently better than VW and Audi by far for what you get for your money, I’d still have an Audi for the luxury (even though Skoda superb is very luxurious) but Skoda ticks every box amd generally a very safe car, can absorb high impact accidents from the front and back.

I’d like know why people give so much hate for vRS specifically, I personally like to drive it and be getting stage 1 at next weekend.

Love my vRS too man. I've got a stage one revo map makes 307bhp. It's a weapon. Just waiting for the bucks to roll in so I can do all this in the video haha

@@vIMONST3RIv it's a 2.0 tsi it's the same engine as the MK7 golf GTI. I was goingbto get a golf GTI but I'm a family guy so I needed an estate. For the money it's a weapon in standard form. Upload a stage 1 and it unleashes a beast

@@wastelander6341 cheers mate, yeah got a family and stuck because my gtd is pretty good for space, but Octavias are bigger aren’t they would feel safer in it lol plus you get performance as you say

I have a 1.6 diesel Octavia and I love it.. now I be getting VRS 4X4 Octavia how much would it cost me to get the same BHP the one in the video that I just seen the reason why because I going to do it all in one go after I got the I will have about 5 or 6k to play with would that be enough to get it to 390bhp please can you let me know good friend I have been look on youtube and you are the only one I have seen in-depth what to put in the VRS skoda please keep up the good work am I am very intrigue what you do with the VRS I will look forward to hearing from you yours David Brown 🙂👍

Hi Dave, the best way to get around the 400 mark from your vrs is exactly what they've done here. Swap out the stock IS20 for the golf R / S3 IS38 turbo.. You'll need a bigger intercooler to help keep the temperature under control, air intake, and a larger diameter downpipe with either a high flow or de-cat. Then a map to bring it all togeather. You will also need supporting mods. A new performance clutch, or dsg map depending on your transmission. Breaks wouldn't hurt but I've seen people run stock calipers with upgraded hoses, discs & pads for that power. Depends on what your end goal is. Other things to consider are upgraded engine/gearbox mounts, oil catche can to prolong the intercooler and prevent oil serge on harsh breaking, suspension if you haven't already. 235 tyres over the 225 stock and some differentials for some more traction. Money pit but do it!
