But if your restaurant is just serving forgettable, mediocre, re-heated food, then I'm just going to not care, like your food is going to get enough of an emotional response out of people to warrant a complaint, it just won't warrant returning either

Know that...when I complain, I don't want other food, because i don't want spit in it ..I want an apology and then I hold my negative review online till I come again and get food when I am server by another waiter, so I am not afraid they spit in my food for criticism...and review restaurant after second experience...but if I see someone complain and get yelled at by waiter or chef, I pay, post negative review online(just google maps and czech turistic maps) and never come back...

While I agree with your commentary, I do see what's behind Joe's mind. Most dads, if not all, worry too much about what will happen to their children if they're gone. It's a typical father's love. Is it wrong? Yes and no. Yes, because they tend to put their children in the highest standard, highest standards are achieved with trials and errors, and they don't want to see errors from the beginning. No, because it comes from their love for their children. They live in a time where they have to keep fighting relentlessly so they can put food on the table. That era numbed people's feelings. In every single case it's the same, bad food. If the food is fantastic, people will put up with any number of other problems. But bad food? They're gone. i think the point is. that diabetes is worse then any disease or cancer because you are alive while something inside you is dead and dont work and if you dont be careful youll die anyway. cancer or other diseases will end up killing you. but with diabetes it is WHEN. plus dont forget that healing as a diabetic is very difficult too. so you are vulnerable, have to constantly monitor your blood sugar and health, never mind working as a chef you gotta taste and eat while you work so that may contribute to some health issues. diabetes in a chefs case is the worst thing you could possibly have
