in this video I tear down the cassette deck from my lincoln to find out why it stopped playing tales and why the ff and rw buttons do not work. ended uo being a non serviceable gear that requires the entire mechanism to be replaced. I used parts from a radio from a friend's old ford and got it to work again. the motor is a bit weak on this one, so it ejects and loads slowly, but so far it has worked very well for me.
don't replace your oem radios with ugly aftermarket ones! fix them up right and experience the great sound quality your car was designed to have!
