I don’t eat at fast food places like McDonald’s anymore because their buns alone are toxic, but call me crazy. He basically is saying; without saying; or implying; that the same type of judgment passed upon the group of, predominantly, black people walking in the restaurant is generally perceived in some aspect and treated similarly by police officers as an institutional ideology based off of historical records and or facts overall statistics that may or may not include the group of officers that were there or any other individual officer. That was a point of him stopping short and leaving it at the irony of it all. He use the word I think a couple of times. I've never been to bar Louie but I can relate to what you're saying. Me and a few of my coworkers to whom were white and one who was Chinese went to a very expensive establishment on the weekend for lunch. As we've done many times before once a month outside of work. The waitress came over took our drink orders but she was reluctant to answer my question about a handcrafted drink special they serve. I didn't think much of it at the time because sometimes new employees aren't as savvy about the menu as more seasoned employees. When she brought our drinks back it was the way she looked at us as a group and individually at me. It was a look of envy when we first sat down she asked was this going to be separate checks are all in one we stayed it all in one. When we were going to leave she brought the check and handed it to my Chinese co-worker without even asking who to give it to. Of course it was my turn to pay and when my friend handed me the check and I handed it back to her with my American Express card you could have picked her job off the floor. The bill was close to $400 sometimes people who work in these establishments can't afford to eat at them themselves. If it is about racism they feel a certain way like how can you afford to be here and I can't.

Bar Louie always had a certain unwelcoming vibe to me when they first opened in Novi so I never went. I moved away for several years. When I returned to the area a couple dates invited me there. Their food is trash. I think it’s the liquor that really sells there. They were probably better off eating the salty wings at BW3.
