Game 1 could have been a blow out for oilers now they have figured him out in two games they scored 13 goals on Florida not all on BB but the game after getting pulled he didn't look good
I thought the saving grace was Florida hitting two goalposts one after the other - bang, bang. If one of those went in the game changed. There will have to be a radical shift in the teams for the Oilers to win, I very sadly admit. But it could happen, right! 🤞
"Did the Panthers throw the game, just so they could win it at home....?" Which one is a better answer: "No..." or, "Yes..."? The way to win at anything... you have to take care of what's in front of you. The Panthers pulled the chute last game. I would be so humiliated, if I was a Panthers' fan, or a member of the Panthers' organization... to find out that the team at large would lay an egg that large in an elimination game. They had the Cup in the building. They had champagne in the building. They had family and friends in the building. I am being generous when I say the Panthers played maybe 10 minutes of game 4. Like, didn't Aesop cover this territory? The Panthers got embarrassed in every facet of the game. Goaltending = horrible.... Defense = horrible.... Scoring = horrible.... Special Teams = horrible! I mean: Bennett and Tkachuk were feeding McDavid shots, near the end, there... and he laughed in their faces. Soft. I really hope that Mrs. Garrioch is on to something. If she is, then McDavid gets a Conn Smythe to go with a shiny new ring.
EVEN if the Oilers managed to even things out to 3-3, it would be just like 2004 all over again. It is not profitable for a Canadian team to win the cup.
Boy you guys are sure wrong now at the time of your recording the oilers win game 5 and headed back to Edmonton oilers are on a new win streak and all of the negativity was laughable you guys all choked on your takes lmao
