It amazes me how difficult it can be to get a form sometimes. Imagine how difficult it would be actually requesting something more substantial. I've been finding many locations that say, "just go online" which many of you know why that's a problem for a significant portion of our population. Here is some information about the County Clerk. Somebody got educated over the phone and she was too embarrassed to admit it. She had her bluff called hoping you would run like the wind when she told you the cops were on the way. So sick of public employees stealing from the public and feeling they can conduct themselves in any manner without consequences. PS - Tell her to lay off the candy. She doesn't need it.

I've seen a lot of auditors' videos but this was my first time with this guy. He hit a grand slam. Calm and cool, knowledgeable, resistant to pressure and relentless in an acceptable way. Great stuff.

Agreed. Last one i watched was just terrible, not him was auditing americas channel. Botched 2 court admins and 4 oathbreakers getting actual investigation and maybe even on cam arrest because they couldnt act riigt and check their egos, went full low iq narcissist karen disturbing the peace and insulting the one helpjng and the public around demanding the cop arrest them unlawfully before seeing evidence after he had walked em back in and informed the admin of their rights, wss begging em to see the vid of his officers bejn out of line and ended up insulting him to the point nobodh would wsnt to help regardless and he walked off after several mins tryin to get the vid. Crap like that makes it more dangerous for other audiors and puts everyone against em assuming their all firestarters acting a fool for a rise. Helps nobody when tyrants are exposed but the audior is so insufferable they make it impossible to want to help.

I called, Angie is still under the assumption that you can't film public employee's in the course of their duty. She doesn't want to accept that there is no expectation of privacy when you are in public such as when lawfully in a public building.

@John Connor No guessing. Feelings do not trump the law. Ego does not trump the law. Policy does not trump the law. No act of any legislature, commission, council, etcetera trumps the law. As much as the easily offended might prefer the rule of kings and Karrens and Darrens, the rule of law is the standard in America, no matter how offended and self important you think you are. When you are on or in public property or out or in a publicly visible place where all of the bugs and the birds, mice and rats, cats and dogs, babies and toddlers, tweens and teens, women and men can see you and watch everything you are doing and hear you speak and listen to everything you say; you have no expectation of privacy and therefore no right to privacy. Specially if you are a public official or employee conducting your public duty.

@John Connor When the government decides to audit the books for a private company, what do they do? They come in with a warrant, tell them to turn over their books and start going through them with a fine tooth comb to see if there are any discrepancies, any criminal financial crime being committed. The whole purpose of these audits is to see if the people will obey the law, honor and respect the rights of people on or in public property to exercise their Constitutional and legal rights, specially if it is those who are public servants whose job is TO SERVE THE PUBLIC while at the job and one the clock performing their public duties while in public view. No one uses any sort of weapon or verbiage to threaten them to act the way they do. They either do their duty and act accordingly and get the respect they deserve for it or the act like Sari who is willing to act like a self important ass, on camera and for the whole world to see. The civilized way to solve a problem is to bring it to the public's attention and in a way that the problem is easily identified and can not be denied. What are they actually doing at the end of the phone or over the counter to merit employment if only to tell people they need to do whatever is necessary to access services they require online now. Because there are so many forms, it would be an entire wall full of folder holders where nobody could find what they were looking for. A little bit of service also makes sure you get the correct info you need.

Great point Dutch Man. They have magazine rack metal contraptions that seem to be the most space efficient and easy to access. I've seen them in several cities and those are the best IMO. I don't have to bother any employees or stand in line. I can walk right up and grab them. Seems like the best solution.

These government employees, public servants, keep telling people “ it’s available online” will someday wake up recalling the cushy job they used to have is now handled “online” and they are no longer needed. I think the fallout of the pandemic these past couple of years has opened many peoples eyes that closing offices down and not fully staffing offices could be the new trend. In manufacturing, it is called automation, in these offices it would be classified as more efficient.

Angie's behavior is typical of women who were molested as little girls by a man that had a significant role in her life. The appearance, being fat keeps men away, the behavior thinking she is in control when she is actually out of control, and conversation with the statements she called the police. I bet when she left work she went to the local fast food joint and gorged herself.

Amazes me how many audits I've seen the auditor gets thrown out of the government building for filming but yet nothing ever happens to the government employee that says no filming. No disorderly conduct charges no nothing.

It's often done behind closed doors and you will never know of it. I can tell you that several of my audits have led to changes. Some big, some small and some for the better and some for worse. Most of them are better changes. The ones that double down on the stupid will simply earn themselves another audit.

Instead of getting the forms she grabs a piece of candy. Not sure she needs more candy there. It’s amazing that public employees still have no clue about the law when it comes to filming! Auditing has been going in now for at least the last 4-5 years and still you get rude individuals that would rather bark orders instead of doing their job!!

Great video. I think they are confused. It is my understanding that FOIA is a Federal thing. I live in MN and my city, county, and state didn't react to FOIA. They did respond to My public records request. Not as rude as the very slim tyrant, who threatened you by stating the Sheriff will escort you out, as she took candy out of the bowl. Post the regeneral phone number and I'll call to get her salary.

Great job 👍👍👍👍. I had a lot of great women boss. That knew how to deescalate a problem at the job in communication. Like sensitivity classes they need. I also had women bosses that went to their head and treated people like their husbands at home. Great job keep up the good work. I've only had one good woman boss out of the 5 I've had in my life. That can be said for the men too although I've had more male bosses over the years.
