Civilians who are killed by police, usually did something to cause that officer to use force. This young man was a stellar person and had everything going for himself. And he fell victim to some scumbag who probably didn't mean a dam thing to his own daddy. So don't compare.

May he rest in peace. Prayers to his family and to all of CPD, God bless you and protect you. It's devastating for all Chicago. We lost a great person. Never knew him, but just from hearing all these stories, God... he was definitely needed on this earth. The world has become such a terrible place. Yes, there's also great things on this Earth. But things like this.. it's unnecessary.. I thank you all CPD," TO PROTECT AND SERVE" a phrase that goes beyond meaning. Today I pray that God protects each one of you. Thank you. 💙
