FINALLY got to meet Brandon Routh a couple months ago, can't wait for this!!

Me and the drum group I sing with, Urban Thunder, sang for this movie. We're the drum group for the powwow scenes. I'm in the trailer at about :18 in the blue shirt facing the camera. Singing, clockwise, starting with me (Ojibwe`/ Saponi) are Jonathan Perry (Aquinnah Wampanoag), Attaquin Weeden (Mashpee Wampanoag), Steve Ferreira, Warren Griffin (Yupi'k), Mike Maestranzi (Quimbaya) and in regalia Kainoa Blackeagle (playing Rolling Wind in the movie). Can't wait to see it.!

This movie looks pretty good! I didn't even know about this movie until now because I just saw it under one of my "Because you watched..." categories. This was part of a list of movies that Netflix generated after I watched Slap Shot a few months ago. When I was looking through that list, I saw a bunch of other hockey and other sports-related movies, but when I saw this movie, Crooked Arrows, on there I thought I might give it a try and watch it on Netflix. I've seen some good reviews of it on there so hopefully I won't be disappointed.

Can't wait till this comes out. I've been waiting for a lax movie to come out and here it is.

I play lacrosse in Belgium, and it really has to become more popular. It's a brilliant sport, I'm proud to be a lacrosse lady!

DEFINITELY A MUST SEE!!! Excellent plot that balanced tradition with modern times. It was great to see some familiar faces from the Pow Wow trail, as well.

@laxbomb well said, im a sophomore in highschool, and let me tell you. being on the lacrosse team is supposed to be an unbreakable bond of friend ship and brotherhood, but nowadays, everybody cares about "swag" and being the biggest "bro" on the team. i hope this movie will change that lacrosse is not just a preppy rich kid sport. now i see why lacrosse players have so many haters.

Great movie! I'm not a huge fan of lacrosse (I've sort of got into it thanks to the NLL team in the state I go to school, the Minnesota Swarm), but I really enjoyed this movie! Not only is there a great message behind it, but you also get some interesting insight to the history of how it came about from the Native Americans. If you're looking for a great feel-good sports movie, lax fan or not, give Crooked Arrows a watch! 5 out of 5!

I play on what they call an "inner city" team. Our team consists of those from the Hispanic and Indian culture. We got our first blondes this season (we were so psyched). I'm just really happy that this movie will finally show the culture behind the sport. :D
