Man, I'm so thankful Hector was not hurt bad, he has such a great disposition... Robby, the alternator sticks out like a sore thumb... powder coat it, brother !
You can touch up some powder coats with a heat gun. You have to heat up area to be touched up first then dust the powder over the spot needing touched up and heat it a bit more carefully to finish melting the powder and then let cool slowly.
Even after a bad night mentally your content can allways make me smile on a Sunday morning. You will never know how much someone making me smile means to me. Thank you for the great content
The bolts as received appear to be zinc plated with a yellow/iridescent chromate conversion coating applied. Zinc is used as corrosion prevention, hope the.ceracote passes a similar corrosion prevention specification.
I have a sneaking suspicion that your 'gold' bolts are in fact zinc or cadmium plated and passivated. You have removed the passivation and they are now just plated but the plating will in time oxidise back to the gold color
Just bought a 1991 7.3l F- Super duty quigley 4x4 5 speed it was a brush truck for my fire dept where I am asst chief. It is 25 feet long. Want to make it into the ultimate farm/ farm recovery truck. Wish I had a hill Billy lol
Glad Hector wasn't injured. Robby is El Jefe de Hector, Demri is La Jefa de Robby, and Adlee is La Jefe Chiquita! (Baby boss doesn't translate well). Baby Boss gets to the pumpkin patch! I also love how you keep your work life and personal life separate from RU-vid., that's commendable.
robby....as one, myself, who owned a bldg company for 8 yrs, before a back injury retired me.... I recommend you DO NOT advertise the work related injuries, mistakes.....it might just get you a visit from those in govt. bureaucracy (govt. related safety organization, who will remain unspoken), you'd rather not have visiting your business. I understand you do try to observe all safety regulations....but you need not draw unnecessary attn. to your business...they can find the smallest violation...shhh...hope Hector ok
For legal reasons, Hector is a trained stunt professional, and all videos are filmed with safety as the top priority by trained professionals. Everything you see is for entertainment purposes only-no real hazards are taken! We appreciate your concern, though, and we’re always making sure safety comes first. And don’t worry, Hector is just fine! 😉 Thanks for watching and looking out for us!
