I heard about the stream from PC Gamer, so another shoutout to them for letting everyone know! Unfortunately for me your normal streaming time didn't line up with UK time so I'm slowly working my way through the RU-vid archive - it's been an interesting ride!
you can farm more than enough credits than you need to bu y every single weapoon upgrade entirely on medical and then not worry about recycling at all for the rest of the game
I love the original Shock and the remake but I don't know what they were thinking when they added an economy to the game. You're right, if you pick up every big object on Medical and vaporize them, credits are irrelevant for the rest of the game (unless you're REALLY bad at it). I think they tried to balance it a little by making medipatches and ammo a bit rarer or something. The gun upgrades were a very cool addition but they could've simply hid those around the levels. Perhaps as a reward for remembering secret doors from the original or something.
@@johnbergman955 I only farm if I am running back for health. Just pick up the big items and vaporize the small suff. The assassins when they drop there broken rifles are good scrap returns. That kept me going till the end of game. However if you play on a 5 hour time limit you have to be super picky on how much time you are going to use. You still need some money to buy drugs when you are running low or that one upgrade you really want.
