I am a grown ass woman with kids and responsibilities and I haven’t done any work at my job for two weeks. I have read the book, fanfics, am up to date on all the interviews and spoilers. It’s insanity! I put a day off for May 16th yesterday. Screw it!

Omg I love this discussion!! I just recently finished RMB & it was so beautiful!! Favorite scene for me was there first kiss surprisingly. There’s so many great scenes but that one always sticks with me because I love that it’s like 5 pages of Colin’s POV & him realizing he has feelings for Pen. We don’t get Colin’s POV a lot in the show so to see the scene play out from his eyes was beautiful. Him seeing Penelope in a new light🥹💚✨”A kiss is for two people” kill me now if he says it in the show!!😭💙The Carriage scene is gonna be somethin else as well, I couldn’t breathe cuz I was like omg WHAT AM I READING?!😂😂😂so good! “Strip you bare & sink into you”🫠🤭I’M DEAD!! So ready for Season 3!! I’ve loved them since Season 1, now they get to blossom this season😭💚

The actor who played simon didn't want to come back i think she really does. They should just recast simon. I feel like Daphne's character is definitely needed in the future books.

Yeah some of my favorite parts with the carriage scene yes is what you pointed out. But I love how it goes back to funny of her falling out of the carriage on her face and Colin proposing her the way he did. And then her mother like being completely clueless that Colin is proposing to marry Penelope and not Felicity. And Felicity is the only one who gets it

I am elated for you that you are enjoying the book as much as I did! Petition for the carriage driver hearing ahem...*those sounds*...and trying to make the ride as quick as possible to become a real skit somebody does. Maybe Saturday Night Live when/if they invite Nicola or Luke on to the show. 😂

I know people are not fans of Penelope because of what happened with Eloise and how brutal and ruthless they made LW. However, while I get that, I still love Penelope because she isn’t a bad person and she does deserve happiness. Now this is my favorite book. I am never drawn to steamy scenes, but Quinn did a great job with Polin’s. And I am a sucker for the friends to lovers trope if written well. And Quinn wrote the relationship well. She made sure it wasn’t right away and built up their relationship and took their blinders off. They love each other for their good and bad traits. They don’t have idealized versions of each other anymore. They see each other for who they are. It is so sweet and romantic. To be honest, Colin rushed the wedding so much. He just needed to marry Penelope NOW!

Penelope is To shonda the true Protagonist Overall. If they lets say only do 6 seasons then s3 would be the best way to have Colin and Pens seasons as the Main love story. They then have the second half of the show to Do atleast Ben Elois and Francheska. Idk if Gregory and Hycinzia could just get a spin off after s6 or if they should do s7 and 8 as Bonus season. But only planing out the 6 Main love storys with the lw Story as a MmStoryline to connect all seasons is the best solution i think. I mean ther taking atuff from book 4 in s1 and 2 already and i Fell like ther gone invent originel Content as LW is still active 2 years post the s3 Events.
