Netflix Kengan Ashura Season 2 Episode 12 Kid Ohma painful training with Niko in the forest. Ohma eats insects to survive and beat his father. #kenganashura #ohma #nikotokita
If I failed a class, my father would just give me more chores and take away my allowance or take away my toys or stop hanging out with my friends. I had to earn privileges by doing good in school and not getting into trouble.. and as someone from the bronx in the 80s & 90s... it worked! My father thinks he was too hard on me and I felt like that as a kid/teen and when I see how I am compared to those I grew up around... I love him more than ever as a man
3:46 This scene is so beautiful. The music, the flash when ohma masters all five senses and the sunlight coming in on their faces as niko says "cling on to life". Man, I got teary eyed.
It should be noted that the technique is actually called ‘Demonsbane’ in English. ‘Demon Slaughterer’ seems to be a more literal translation, but i think there’s a bit of an umbrella term there in Japanese.
@@lord-of-the-shinobi-worldGuihun has nothing to do with Demonsbane. Guihun is just a different name for Kure clan's Removal, Demonsbane is a technique based on the transfer of momentum
@@adreak9868 I am talking about the original name. Guihun is the original name. However, Guihun requires DNA test, whereas with Demonsbane, it does not. Therefore, the one who uses Guihun, can use it to 100%. People who use demonsbane, most of them can only use it for about 5 seconds. The only exception was perhaps, Leoi Tin
@@demori2052 I mean, besides the obvious anime logic, I wouldn’t say surviving that is impossible. Ohma is 15 here and his body was using everything it had to stay alive, assuming he has no illnesses I think it’s possible he could realistically survive that.
I can't believe It took me untilt the anime did it After years of reading the same chapters in manga That I realized the meaning of the weight xd It was for Ohma to realize that Niko would never fight him all out UNTOP of Ohma having limitations So the whole point was for Ohma to realize the weights were there for him to realize Niko is also holding himself back somehow and all this time their "un-even" fight was on an even field all along
actualy it was so ohma could realize that he was standing wrong...wasting energy and all that(that's what he realizes when he is liying in the floor, literaly says "i need a more confortable position")
@@estebanrovida4903yeah that's what I thought too. That and the whole "spare batteries" thing he realizes. Ie using the weights helped pushed his body to desperation quicker so that he could realize these other phenomena (eg standing on your bones, spare batteries, etc)
Niko Tokida's voice actor was Keiji Fujiwara, famous for Lt. Colonel Maes Hughes from Fullmetal Alchemist and Esidisi from Jojo, but he left for heaven and the voice actor changed.
Is it me or are the subs for the moves off? Like some of the same combos from the last season (eg swimming swallow) seem to be translated pretty differently
best goated best anime im the nr.1 kengan goatshura glazer i love kegan ashura, kengan ashura is life, kengan ashura is all i will love and cherish kengan ashura till i die and i kiss kengan ashura goodnight
@@mayrelineo6063 i watch it 3 times...if u a psychologist u know what i mean the way he acts yamashita compare to niko are different..ohma has a fond of yamashita as a friend and father as of niko he acknowledges his strength he wants to surpass his master buts thats not gonna happen cause he already defeat by setsuna's master thats why he hates his master for being defeated im a psychology so i know how to analyze q behavior trust me im not an author but i study the attitude
Spoilers for non manga readers continuing the kengan ashura story: This is why I will never consider Koga's development feasible than Ohma's development. Ohma had to train INSANELY hard to acquire and master the Niko style and Konga just comes out trains under all these fighters and masters their tehniques with no problem at all. The story structure and stakes are all over the place in omega so much so that it almost makes it unbelievable that ashura came first.
koga in omega still in learning phase though, he not even good at control adamantine type so he still same as ohma when he started learning, just the difference is koga already training karate ( and in a traditional karate family) , when ohma have none during meet with niko , so he already have a base of a fighter
Problem is koga isnt in ohmas level in omega yet. So relax the training will come for him. He isnt even considered as a threat yet in the manga. And knowing the autho. The dude dont care for plot armor. 😂😂
For what koga lacks in extremities, I say he makes up for how LONG he’s trained. 4 years have passed in omega and log has trained for every single one of those days, and he now has ohma teaching him the Niko style. He’s still isn’t as good as ohma, and is only now learning Niko style techniques.
One thing I don't like is how most fighting animes seem to bring up endorphins to justify superhuman feats or characters pushing beyond limits when they should be on the deathbed. Not saying it's impossible or doesn't happen, but in anime that happens literally every single time.
He learned how to use all four niko style katas to redirect niko's power, combine niko's power with his power to make it more powerful and then throw a punch with the power of his punch and niko's punch at once
Trust me when I say give it some time. There was an OST I wanted to play from Record of Ragnarok, took about 2 weeks for someone to upload it My advice, just RU-vid Kengan Ashura OST and filter it from relevance to upload date. The sooner it's been uploaded the more likely it'll be the ost from this season
