I dont think he was uncomfortable. He looked more amused than anything. The interviewer (by the way) is Matt Edmondson, who is a relatively known television presenter whose worked his way up with his profession so obviously hes done some things right
Some people says that the interviewer is annoying, but I think it's funny. There is a hug contrast between Oli and him and it looks like a funny movie scene some times to times. I love it
people saying "The interviewer was annoying Oli", shut up, please. He may have annoyed him with some of the stupid questions, but you saw Oli scratching his arms and stuff.. This was 2011. Oli was on ketamine. I wouldn't doubt it if Oli was high before he went in because he was nervous. Use your brain instead of just saying "Hew as annoying Oli!1!1!1"
+Danny O'Connor yes tf i do know what ketamine is dumbass. its a strong painkiller used for horses and animals, but when people use it, it makes them high. He was addicted to it. It made him high. Watch interviews before 2012/13 and you'll realize he's always scratching himself. He was HIGH. He ADMITTED THAT himself on the APMAS last year. Ik what the fucking drug is, dumbass.

i mean, the interviewer was (obviously) rude as fuck and was overstepping boundaries at some points, but Oli was also on ketamine so that probably made him seem more jumpy and uncomfortable than usual.
Most entertaining interview yet! :) The interviewer is great at keeping the convo going, unlike the average ones that nod too often and smile awkwardly at silent pauses. Oli's pretty cool in this one too. If you've noticed, quite a number of Oli's interviews were boring especially with slow-paced interviewers. So, why the hate on this guy? He's rad! I'd love to have a chat with him.
despite popular opinion, I actually think Oli found the interview more interesting since he actually answered truthfully and fully in all the questions, mostly because the interviewer had a lot of energy, and very talkative, and it looks like Oli actually finds the dude funny and silly from flashing his cute smile throughout. He just seemed tired. I've seen other interviews that ask the same kind of questions, but he's usually with a bandmate and he seems more comfortable, he just seems very shy doing interviews alone.
i love the way interviewer talks to oli comfortably like just another person and oli is so nice and understands the interviewers humor and jokes along. I adore this interviewer
I know interviewing Oli is like interviewing a brick wall (still love him though) but this interviewer is soooooo goddamn annoying... He's not necessarily patronizing but he doesn't seem like he really cares about what he has to say. Like he's just coming at him over and over again with these damn questions and not even listening to him.
