Ingredients for the wonderful olive cake: 770g pastry flour, about 240g black olives without seeds, about 170g onion, 250 ml olive oil or seed oil, 330 ml orange juice, or 7up, 2 tablespoons dried mint, 50g coriander or parsley, 5 teaspoons Baking powder. The pyrex is 22x34x5 cm.
