The way he calls chris "champ" throughout the workout just shows the type of people that chris has around him that support and motivate him unconditionally. You can just see he means it when he says champ. I think we all know chris is gonna smash it this year as well!
There is something so insanely motivating watching two friends that go way back still continue to push each other down to the last rep so they can both see one another become the best versions they can be. Wishing the best for both Chris and Axel
Let's take a minute to appreciate the work Calvin has done to make these videos look crisp as possible, from the editing to the cinematography. Hats off!
The level of pump, density, 3D effect and quality in Chris's chest is from another planet, only second to his dedication and passion for this Sport. What an inspiration for all of us, WOW !
@@sebastianrunbom9801Well you can have a lot of volume if steroids gona rest it nicely, this chest workout will gona destroy some natural fella, being sored out of his mind for whole week, aint no bcaas or protein shakes gona regenerate chest after this clusterfuk of a training (not hatin, for idiots out there)
@@sebastianrunbom9801Thats a normal low to medium volume, considering they have done 2 working sets per exercies, having a total of 12 working sets/week per body part. Absolute normal training volume.
Chris is the inspiration for me to just work on myself and have fun. Chris is a person i look up to, thank you man for motivation and giving me a smile every day.
I've been following body building since 1982, but this is the first well documented prep I've been lucky to witness. You have a great team at your back, go Chris!!! Win it. Come on champ!!!
Watching one another push themselves to succeed together is rare. Hard to find in people now and days. Everyone says they wanna see you succeed until you do better than them. Very few want to see you advance to further levels.
I don’t really think the cable press was incline because if you look at the bench it is also at a slight incline so the push motion is perpendicular to the bench
It never ceases to amaze me how bodybuilders make the weight move. People accuse them and say they are huge because of gear. But the way they move the weight is like art, picture perfect
I get really into your videos right before the Olympia, it’s just so motivating to see you in late prep. I can’t wait to see you get your 5th! I hope it’s not your last but you’ll always be Mr Olympia in my heart
It's because people like chris that bodybuilding is a sport gaining respect every year! Its takes values to do what chris does it to be the champ! Lot's of respect.💙
