In this Oman and Dubai face-off, I look at several things and compare the two places in the Middle East. Oman is considered the jewel of Arabia whereas Dubai is known as the City of Gold. Both are interesting places, but which is the best for living? There are, of course, many factors and it also depends on the individual and their preferences. Oman is more traditional and has no skyscrapers at all, but Dubai is progressing at an alarming rate of knots and now has Burj Khalifa which at 830m is the tallest skyscraper in the world.
