amazing interview - I follow Chef AJs interviews religiously and have learned an immense amount of information. I have gotten my A1c down from 9.4 to 5.6 in a year and of course changed my life to WFPB vegan. I have to say that Clint convinced me (or the evidence Clint provided) convinced me that eating a ton of omega 3 (flax and chia seeds) may not be improving my omega 6 to omega 3 ratio. I plan on going to his website to order some test kits and to hyperfocus on this part of my health. Oh, and yeah, I am going to get on the exercise train too! Thank you Chef AJ and thank you Clint! You are helping a lot of people.

Great information. I was so excited to hear about the Omega 6:3 test, but then disappointed when I looked at the website, as you cannot just buy the test, you also need to buy their omega 3 products. So I will just keep eating the mostly raw foods, no oils and live happily ever after.

I've been doing goldner smoothies for a couple weeks using 1/2 cup fkax seeds or chia seeds. I'm amazed how much inflammation has gone down in my body. I just canceled my knee replacement surgery. My knee still has some pain but I'm not limping and the pain has decreased a lot. I'm going to give this a go and see where I am in 6 months!
So I have been recently diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis and don’t have plaque psoriasis just a tiny spot and no blood work can detect it. Do you have any shows Chef AJ that tackle this particular autoimmune disease?
Hi Clint! Do you also take the supplement made by the brand u link to on your website? Did you feel an obvious improvement since starting the supplements? I’m thinking of buying the package as I know I don’t get enough omega-3’s.
