I've seen posts where a lot of people shit on the Planet Ocean 39's and I can't understand why. I love the 39mm sizes. Anything bigger than that is just getting obscene and gaudy for most people unless you have a 8 inch wrist. Not to mention the bigger the watch the more likely you would be to bump it against stuff and bang it up. These watches were definitely designed to be worn, what I consider to be a "tool watch" to wear daily. The 39 size is just about perfect for every day wear, big enough for presence and small enough to wear with just about anything. Beautiful piece.

I own the blue version in 42mm titanium. Spectacular! The titanium makes it so light and wearable

Perfect size. There should be more divers within 39mm case size.

If they re- do this watch like they did the Speedy, with a better tapering bracelet, more details and slimming the watch down, if they do that they will be neck and neck with Rolex.

Aqua Terra,Speedmaster Pro, but the Planet Ocean will be next for me. It’s going to hard to decide between this blue or the black. 43.5mm for sure.

If this is a current review why are you using a model with the old calibre 8800 instead of the new 8900?

Dude you never realyl gave a good look at the sides of the watch. You did go square on, with the Helium valve side, but not the other side. Instead you mostly kept the watch square on and fidgetted it about. ... Not being horrid; just constructive criticism.

It's the 8900 movement, not 8800 movement.

People are really misinformed about omega. They are owned by Swatch. You are essentially getting a factory made, cheap swatch watch with omega branding and paying thousands. If you want a genuine, luxury watch with good movements and expensive material - Tudor, Rolex or Tag
