Today I present to you a great classic of Korean cuisine, the rolled omelet which is called Gyeran Mari in Korean.
Rolled omelets are found in several Asian countries (convenient to eat with chopsticks). You may be familiar with Japanese tamagoyaki which is pure and a little sweet. The Korean version is salty and garnished with different ingredients.
