Omg!! So I’m doing this thing and I have my heavy band on!! I finished it and feel like I still have a mini band on! This is the most intense short booty working EVER!! I loved it, added it to my daily, booty and favorite list to make sure I get back around to it several times!! Thanks Heather, as always you post workouts that challenge me and when finished I feel like I accomplished something.
I'm undergoing a number of breast surgeries. I am thankful for this workout as it helps me to maintain my workout routine. Thank you. I will be doing more of this one in the coming weeks.
Just finished this, love the glute/HIIT combo! I used a Grace Beverly x-heavy band and now I can't walk 😂 Thanks for the video, definitely will come back to this again and again
oh im so happy with this workout because its gotten that i cant feel the glute burn anymore without the resistance band iv gotten so used to them they are brilliant. thanks for another great workout heather xo

I just bought some bands. I've never been interested in using them before, but after all the talk I hear about using to activate glutes before a workout...I gave in. Now I'm looking forward to doing this.

Elvia Diaaaz the past month I’ve changed my diet completely I have alternated between this video or an ab video every day with only about 4 days of rest and my ass ain’t big and juicy yet but it went from sagging to significantly perkier
Hey Heather where did you get those leggins, love them, and thank you for all your workouts, I do workout with you (videos) 3 times a week and they had save me a lot of time, I follow the ones that are 30 or 20 mins with dumbells or like this one, for me personal I think are the most efective an I am truly believer because I had experienced it that there is no need to workout everyday for 1 hour or more, because is not about quantity it is about quality, thank you again!
Love this work out I really got a good sweat going but I must say it’s moving extremely fast and it gets hard to consistently follow along anyways thanks for sharing a great at home work out
hi, you will pick up faster than you think. I started off having to pause videos to catch my breath and rest but going at it almost daily.... Wow! I'm hardly having to do catch up.
