Wrong Fuel Pump external screw, to be the same as the other one with a flat contact service I think it's called a Slotted Head style screw. Should have lock washer on the screws, vibration could cause them to loosen. Must use Plastic Button on Spring, will cause diaphragm to wear out without it. His gasket is damage in video, crinkled, not good. Must pry up top gasket away from the body IF sticking, you will end up bending Float Arm. Needle seat should be very tight, yours was very loose. All the extremely small hole (Passages) should be cleared out by using a very thin wire, like the size that it a phone cord. Strip insinuation on it, it's a good size for the openings. Spray out ALL passages with Carb Cleaner before reassembly. Hope that helps, because, like me, experience is what you get, when you don't know any better !!!
