For the DLC: I'd say you are ready or almost ready for the Ashes of Ariandel (started at the Cathedral of the Deep, so a relatively early place). Probably best to save Ringed City for after everything else, even after the final boss. This game isn't like ds1 where NG+ starts right away. You can choose to stay and go to DLC.

Hey Baya. Great job figuring out how to get that bonfire and becoming a new Darkmoon Knight. So, so close to defeating the Dancer first try. Lothric Castle was designed to make you get angry when you die. It's hard to negotiate, but it's not impossible. You just have to be careful and patient. You should check with Andre how many titanite you need to upgrade your sword. It's very important you keep upgrading it. Also, you can and should upgrade your piromancy hand, talk to Cornix. 10:05 Well done Baya! Would you believe that I've done the exactly same thing. I saw that this tower has no other entrance and remembering that we're in Anor Londo I thought of an invisible bridge. Then I remembered your trick with arrows and shot one and yeah... didn't have the emote... You put dragons in my way like that - you'll see me using my amazing crossbow to remove them. They are killable with arrows, I don't know why you stopped, probably needed 1 more shot. You can do the dlc now, at this point joy and happihess awaits you anywhere you go 😃 And the dancer, I first tried it. You did too. But you surrendered at the end and stopped attacking, because you wanted to dance with that amazing boss a little more 😉

One of the great things about Dark Souls is that you have to fill in the blanks regarding the lore. It won't tell you everything. Dancer on her secont phase - Baya: "Is there gonna be a second phase?" :) If you need more damage, upgrade the hollowslayer. The amount of damage you get from leveling up is not a lot. If you need to farm large titanite shards, just keep killing those Lothric Knights. I don't know if you already bought Rapport from Karla. If not, it is a good pyromancy you should have if you want to farm souls. IMO, the Winged Knight Armor is one of the top armors in the game. Regarding Pus of Man, you don't have to fight them. They are weak to fire, as you know, but you can simply run past them. Go back when you are stronger. When you have multiple enemies, remember to lure them one by one. Where to go now? I think you should go to Consumed King's Garden. Run past the enemies and stay to you right. There is a boss fight and a very interesting area after the boss. Actually, you can get to 2 different areas, but I'm not gonna spoil it for you. When you get to the Great Archives, I think it is a good time to do Ashes of Ariandel. The second DLC (The Ringed City) you access after dealing with the boss in Ariandel or before the last boss in the base game.

You should do the dlcs after you defeat lothric and the secret super hard bosses that I will not spoil obviously but I will tell you how to access them if you want cause they are almost impossible to find on your own well one of them anyway

So there's a side area you may need to look up how to get to that isn't DLC which may be confusing to work how to get to.

Did you notice that the attacks of Aldrich are very similar to the attacks of Gwyndolin? Gwydolin had 3 attacks in Dark Souls Remastered. A cluster of small magic missiles, a big magic missiles, and a flurry of arrows. That's pretty much the same as Aldrich.

Hi, Greirrat survives irrythyl if you send him before you meet Siegward there and if you save Siegward from the well because suposedly Siegward saves Greirrat so their paths must cross for Greirrat to survive. Also fun fact, after Yohrm boss battle, if you walk far enough from Siegward you can actually see him die out of nowhere, because he fullfilled his duty. Also 9:35 its logical that you figured that out by youself if you played around a lot in the crystal caves in DS1, I didn't figure it out by myself though, so thats really impressive.

The end of the first DLC gives you access to the second. When you should start the DLC is really up to you. I would say the difficulty of the DLC is on par with the areas you're in now. Once you start the DLC, you quickly get a bonfire so you can fast-travel there at will. You may as well dip your toes in and see if you think you're ready.

It's better to start DLC right before the final boss(it'll be pretty clear when it's gonna be a final boss time) although in DS3 you don't get automatically sent to NG+ after you defeat the final boss like in DS1 but it's still better to do DLC before that DLCs are basically connected so when you're done with one DLC you get access to the next one But you still have lots of things to do in the base game

Hiya, Baya! Well done defeating the Dancer so handily! I always thought that the mechanic for lowering the ladder was a bit silly. Place a basin, then 'blood' flows into the basin. The statue moves backwards... somehow... and then pushed a button, and then a ladder is slowly lowered. It seemed overly elaborate for how simple the ladder's appearance looked. I'll bet there was a guy who was hiding just off camera. "Oh! She's started the Pee Wee Herman breakfast machine! Quickly... lower the ladder!" Your new 'Shield of Want' does not have the ability to parry, unfortunately! It's one of many shields that allows you to use the ability in your right hand even when you're holding the shield. They should have had that Cathedral Knight guarding the entrance to Lothric Castle! Not that wimpy Dancer! Those blobs 'Pus of Man' are a pain to deal with! One way I like to "fight" them is to use Fire arrows with my bow. Greirat would have sold them to you. But now the Shrine Maiden should have them if you want. Speaking of her, she may have a new armor set available that you might be interested in. --- You can do the DLCs at any point you want. You can only access the second DLC after you've beaten the base game or after you've finished the first DLC. So you've not missed it! As for your question about the Dancer. Most of the time I like to save it for last like what you've done. I'll sometimes kill her early if I really want something that I can only obtain from Lothric Castle - like the Winged Knight Twinaxes.

Greetings Baya, about the DLC, it depends on you, you can start when you finish the base game or you are about to finish it since you are still missing certain areas that you have not seen yet and don't worry, you can access the second DLC when you have finished the first.

@1:06:34 Like a lot of enemies, in front of them is where bad things happen, so it's best to try to attack from behind. It's hard to gauge what direction these guys are facing when you are close and in combat, so look try looking at their feet.

Both DLCs are better played as finale (before or after main game final boss), as Ringed City is somewhat of conclusion to the entire series, and Ariendel serves as entry point to the story.

Yorshka is connected to Priscilla but also to Gwyndolin, i.e. she is his younger half-sister, as Gwyn is not her father (Gwyndolin is his last born). There is possibility that her father is a dragon, just like Priscilla. Or even that she is Priscilla in the world of player (Ashen One) , and that Aldrich dreamt of her as he devoured Gwyndolin. Asking about the flight is possibly her looking for her dragon kin. This is connected to certain other character in the game you could meet. In any case, old divine dynasty (descendants of Gwyn and such) is very week in this timeline, so they are easily defeated by powerful sorcerers (Sulyvahn) or clerics (Aldrich) . Dancer is a her 😝 And she was way more prettier than you in her time 😁 And of course, she is not an easy boss, but you learned that the hard way 😁 Cathedral Knight Greatshield is decent if you could wield it and upgrade it.

I always thought those ladders that were just Out Of Reach were kind of dumb. I mean in real life you could just jump up on the altar and grab it.( If you ever wonder why I have these random capitalized words it's because I use speech to text and my computer is poop.)
