Sometimes I get stuck in the mindset that 20 minutes isn't enough of a workout but this reminded me that any amount of movement is great and just having fun and lifting your spirits is wonderful no matter how long you workout for! Not every workout has to be super intense or long that's why I love your channel, there is such a nice mix of styles and lengths so thank you 😊

I usually walk about 2 miles with my dog. Sometimes I only feel like about a mile, then do something in the house to make up the other mile. This is perfect! Thank you.

Well, that was fun! I wasn’t completely coordinated on some of the moves, but I just kept moving and improvising and making it more like a dance! Thanks for the wind-down stretching at the end too.

I’m travelling today so thought I would try this workout as it’s shorter . Very effective 20 mins. I followed it with a 10 min ab workout and feel set for the day . Really enjoyed it and happy not to miss a day . I am 70 and really enjoy your variety of classes . Something for every mood . Thanks so much 👏

I love your channel. It is one of my top 3 favorite workout channels on this site. Love your quiet personality, your content and the simple, eye-soothing set (props to your husband). You're like the Cottage Fairy version of fitness RU-vid channels. 🙂I've been working out on and off at home for a few years now and I've been looking for the right instructor to follow along. The loud Amazon woman, warrior type coach with their quick, explosive,hard-to-follow movements don't work for my personality. I prefer my workout to be as calming, meditative as a workout can be and your channel does that. I'm not a senior, by the way; just a quiet, introverted, sensitive soul.

I found your website a couple weeks ago and I love it!!! I used to do workouts like turbo jam, turbo fire but I have had health issues the past two years (on the mend now) and I need to lose 25 pounds and needed indoor activities cause of heat. Ty so much. I did this one 2x in a row restarting it right before the cool down. I did anti aging balance one Tues night and found out I still have some muscles under the flab...they were sore so I know it was a good workout!! Appreciate you so much!

This was a great one Lauren! I have a lot of health issues with chronic fatigue and have to vary my workout depending on how I'm doing that day! I loved this one for a day that I'm in recovery mode but still want to move. Thank you so much for your help
