Great Vid! I definitely like these new "2nd Gen" type robot cleaners with the mopping feature. I already saw XIaomi is coming out with something similar, looking forward for more functions, maybe eventually there will be one with HomeKit support!

I bought the Xiaomi pro version, which is a sister robot of this. Slightly cheaper but buying from China means no warranty

This kind of mop robot always have the gap issues. Mop robot is good for house like yours. Big and not too much things on the floor.

Hi, Can check so far if there any newer issues with the set? Also, is it hard to get the accessories and parts in SG? Used a cleaning solution or pure water? There's no dust bag for this model? But is it something that u regretted? Thanks.

Funny that.... the robot is running around now as I'm replying you. Dreame w10 is distributed here in singapore so it should be straight forward for warranty and accessories. There is no dust bag. I only used pure water. I stopped using diluted floor cleaners because of how such robot vacuum with pre filled tank works

@@madsncakes Is it a preprogramed running about or is it too excited to see me? Haha. Saw it on lazada and Shopee on sale today. The service centre is at Bendeemer which is near where I stay. This is the useful info that u hope to never need. Haha.

@@madsncakes Was considering to get this or the Dreame W10 Pro which has upgraded sensors but no stocks yet. But there is now a much better deal on Roidmi Eva with self emptying dustbag for cheaper on Qoo10 and Lazada now, so probably will go for that instead. Thanks for the reply.

May I know if we still need to get a separate vacuum robot to focus on vacuum while using this W10 to focus on mopping? For accidental or dirtier stuff, i.e. spilling soup or coffee, can we use W10 to mop to clean up or it's better to use the conventional manual mopping?

it's always easier to wipe the coffee or soup first before running the robot. after wiping, start the robot to clean up the sticky marks and residue on the floor :)

I dont think u need a separate robot, this alone kept my place really clean. And each time I empty the waste tank, I am so grossed out by how much gunk there is in it

Thanks you so much for sharing. Just in time, my hydra S7 seems to be dying. I am looking for a good vacuum and mopping features. This seems a good mopping robot. May I know if the hepa filter for hydra S7 compactable with Dreame Bot W10 Robot Vacuum? Does the dirty water recycled during washing? Is the height taller than hydra S7?

@@madsncakes Thank you nonetheless for your help. I read in the Amazon review and there are quite bad reviews but maybe because it is relatively new in the market. I will wait for awhile, maybe they will update their firmware. On the other hand, I hope you get your hand on W10 pro as I am quite interested in that as well.

Got this for 2 months, return for repair as it won't go into the station due to slippery wheel. The vendor said tested ok and gave me a moisture free mat and it still struggle to get into the dock.

Is it possible to MOP 100 m² with one clean tank, returning to the station every 5 m² to clean the mops ?

yes they have the self cleaning at 5m2 option. 100m2 shouldn't be a problem if u don't divide it into so many sections like mine

This robot is not good enough for the price.. Wait for Xiaomi, they have a model in China that's similar to this with auto empty and lifts up the circular mop pad and also auto top up of water tank.. Else if u are rich enough l, get the Roborock S7 VMax.. I think mop pad lifting is essential for mopping robots, else the dirty mop pads will be drag ard the house when it goes back to self cleaning.. Good video.. 👍

A base station which does not empty the dust bin in 2022 is useless. You are not home, want to run a cleaning, the dust bin is full, you Can juste cry lol

6 months: the hinges of the plastic tanks have broken with use, as they have no pressure they do not absorb water. A part of this, galvanic corrosion in the base chargers. Poor quality honestly for the cost of the product.

@@cicidub Yup, the robot will be used to clean the main areas of your floor. Then you can do manual mopping every weekend to properly clean up. The main focus is just to lessen your load anyway, not to completely take over your job.
