That's so awesome! Yes I started out with her recipes! I've since went carnivore, but I still watch Myra because my daughter is trying keto and her meals never disappoint
It all depends on where she lives. I had 3 different small eateries open and close within 6 months. They served everything low carb and keto. People really just don't want to eat or pay the prices for that sort of service.
Yall are so mean. As someone who has lost 60lbs and counting on meals like this, I can assure you that eating nourishing and whole foods in an enjoyable way is not an eating disorder nor is using oil from a can unhealthy. Also, when you’re fighting for your body and your life, you have to do what will be enjoyable so habits will stick - or else you’re going to hate every step of the way and will give up.
So true! There are products Myra uses that are toxic sometimes and I would NEVER put them in my body. But it's so easy to swap them out! No need for the hate!
