Gurl did not just put ketchup on that 😭 Edit: Guys I think it was pretty OBVIOUS that I wasn’t saying chicken and ketchup is a weird combo. The chicken was so well seasoned and deffo wouldn’t taste good with ketchup and didn’t need it . Also in my opinion ketchup and anything is gross but still this is too far 😭.

The ketchup isn't actually PART of the recipe people .... chill TF out 😂 😎 she said good WITH SOME KETCHUP.... like some people think steak sauce is GOOD WITH some steak. She didn't add it to the actual sauce. Nonetheless, to each their own!! .the chicken looks amazing though, and it's ONE PAN!! YESSSS!!! 😍😍🙌🏼

I made this tonight for the first time. My niece, who is a finicky eater, said it was really good, which really surprised me! The lemon juice really makes it work, and that was after I improvised a bit on the spices! Thanks for the recipe!

To everyone asking why the garlic was in squares, I think it was pre chopped and frozen, then melted and distributed as she whisked the sauce. She would have had to blend it if she used big pieces of ginger or garlic.

I do this but add a can of cream of celery and cream of chicken it will change your like!!! And I cut up the giant potatoes in cubes the russet or white potatoes are budget friendly. Signed mom on a budget ❤

Wow.. what's up with all these rude comments. Dont ever Yuck someones Yum! Im Lebanese and this is how we do it. The ketchup brings a bit of sweetness. It is a great Umami flavor. Also..Seven Spice is necessary! Every culture has a spice and ours is seven spice. ❤

It’s a crap spice and totally unnecessary. You can replace it with basic spices like garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, chili powder, black pepper.. and add anything else you like. 7-spice is for some reason very common in the Middle East but I find it tasteless.

Use mustard oil ,then add haldi,chicken masala and dahi ,then marinate put for 5min then fry it in deep oil or use oven then add butter then again put into oven

It's a common middle eastern spice. She likely bought it from a store. It's literally called "seven spice" lol. You can make your own as well. There's YT videos that show the 7 traditional spices used.

I make this chicken thighs recipe with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper (perhaps not for kids), and sometimes I add Worcestershire sauce to it. Delicious!! Also, when in the mood, i cook it with sweet potatoes or a bag of frozen mixed vegetables.
