as a villa fan i think couthino is an exciting signing but im scared that he will turn out to be next Ross Barkley. Decent at the start but then just horrendous. And maybe we could sign someone like sven Botman because our defending has been horrible at times and he is a solid defender

I feel like Vlahovic is more than willing to go to Arsenal in the summer, but he wants to help Fiorentina go to the Champions League this season so no real chance for Jan move. The issue with the move is more his entourage and his agent. He's a great goal scorer but Arsenal really do not need nightmare agent situations. Would go for Isak or David instead personally but we'll see what Mikel does.

@@jonnstewart2023 I'd say that Richarlison can be our best if he fulfils his potential, but that Pickford is our best because he actually is fulfilling his. In terms of performance, I think Demari Gray has been one of, if not our, best outfield player. If Gordon can cut out the theatrics, he's the one I'm most excited about - not the finished product but his movement always seems to put him in good attacking positions.

I'm an Arsenal fan and I honestly don't think Vlahovic should join us. He's an amazing striker but I feel like he wouldn't fit. I mean look at how good we are with Lacazette up front; We need a nimble striker who can get the rest of the frontline involved while also scoring. I feel like Jonathan David would fit way better and would be cheaper too.

Honestly, I don’t think Luis Díaz should go to LFC. I know that I’m biased, since I’m a Porto-Fan, but Díaz deserves better than being the number 2 behind Mané. The guy has been absolutely cracked this season, he should be playing at a top club as the first choice.

Vlahovic fits Arsenal like a glove. Massive fanbase, Ridiculous wages to offer, And a team with a timeline that fits Vlahovic's perfectly. Even if he chooses another club there are still plenty of reasons why an offer from Arsenal would be exciting even with the downsides that come along with joining Arsenal. Arsenal look like a striker away from being a really strong side.

Arsenal have been really solid defensively ever since the start of last season statistically (besides one offs against bigger clubs), And they are like 2nd in points since september. Its not like the random form they hit last year for a few games after the chelsea game, There's an actual pattern of play and you can see what the players are trying to achieve. This "form" is not because a random switch flipped for a few matches, It's because Lacazette fits the system in place so much better than Auba. I'll be the first one to be doubtful towards Arsenal but they objectively have fixed their broken foundations and rotten club culture that was previously there. They are not near the top right by any means but calling them strong right now or in the near future is fair.

Honestly I think he needs to stay at Braga, where he can be a starter instead of going to a stronger league. He has been incredible for Braga in his few games he has played, already scored a poker in a league game...
It was a bit disturbing watching the Irish Guy brush his teeth, but I do agree with him. If Danjuma goes to Liverpool he'd just end up like Minamino or Shaqiri, talented player yes, but not good enough to play above Salah or Mané. Unless something surprising happens and he manages to play like Diogo Jota, the only one capable of cracking that front 3.
I don't think Minamino was ever bought to play Mane or Salah out of the team though, but rather as their backup. Danjuma in that sense does have the potential to become a worthy successor of one of those two, but for now I do believe he would be better off to stay in Spain for another year or two. He's only there since last summer, so he probably wouldn't fancy a move that quickly anyway.
The wijnaldum at psg comparision isn't fair though. PSG have quite a few options to play in midfield which is why poch can afford keeping gini on the bench. United on the other hand have no decent midfield options. Neves would walk into that united midfield under any manager.
Bielsa’s been at Leeds longer than any club he’s ever been at. Think he’s the third or fourth longest serving manager in the prem. This idea of him being rash and soon to leave is just lazy and poorly researched

@@dylanparker130 I get what you’re saying and he does only take one year contracts (which sounds like it may lend credence to your point) but over the course of his tenure, Bielsa has reaffirmed many times that he will stay at Leeds until he believes he can take us no further. Additionally, the board have and have always had entire belief in Bielsa and his methodology. It’s hard to see any grinding halt on their professional relationship even if things were to go horribly wrong in the rest of the season

I think Chelsea will have a hard time looking for a really good LB. Chilwell is a monster, even if you took his place for the rest of the season you will most likely watching Chelsea from the bench next to Marcos Alonso next season. The only real solution for Chelsea was a loanee or academy graduate.
I would hate to see Neves go to united. I've always wanted him for Liverpool, and my desire for him has doubled since Gini has gone.
