I made the Harissa Hotpot (eggplant) a couple of weeks ago and it is delicious! My cat even had a tiny taste. This Jerk Lentil recipe is up on the docket once the weather turns colder. Keep on doing!!

You dud this a few years ago and it has been something I make at least once a month ever since. I LOVE this recipe. So glad you did it again because in the first vlog the scotch bonnet was mentioned but noo instruction given. I just threw it in at random times in the cook. Finally the mystery is revealed.. This and butternut squash and chickpea curry are my absolute favourites

This is definitely a video I didn’t know I needed. I’m a fan of both you ladies. I miss joys cooking series & I’m so glad you’re back with videos again Rachel.
