My soul sister! Yes…perfection inspection. I feel validated finally. To see someone else have everything labeled, tidy, organized, seeking perfection for each guest. If every host did it our way, they would be so much more satisfied with their hosting experience and be making more money per stay.
Hey Kylee and Steven! My husband found your channel a week ago and we have been bingeing your content ever since! We are in the process of looking for our first piece of STR real estate, and we are so thankful for your videos. Fantastic content! Concise, detailed, practical… So many knowledge bombs. You guys rock! We’re excited to use a lot of your resources and tips once we open our first STR. THANK YOU for sharing your expertise! 🙏💯
Do you recommend paying someone to do this type of walk through if you manage remotely? I live about an hour and a half away from our property and work full time. Although I wish I could do this before each guest checks in, it’s just not realistic for me. I trust our cleaning crew and pay them a very nice fee for each clean already. I’m not sure who I would hire for this type of pre check-in inspection.
Love the videos! What are your guy's thoughts on Airbnb'ing manufactured homes (on their own land)? I was thinking it would be a great way to maximize earnings, but I wanted to hear your thoughts.
Your videos and content are excellent. Would it be possible for both of you to start using clip on mics in future videos? It would improve the audio quality. 🙂 Thanks!
I’m just starting! I would like to know if I need to make my primary closet available to guests. It’s huge and I hate to empty it if I don’t have to 😂. But they may want a place to hang items. My home is 4 bedroom 2 bath with a pool for reference ❤️
Do you anticipate mostly short stays (under 2 weeks)? If so, and space permitting, you can probably get away with a stand alone garment rack plus luggage racks. Something sturdy with plenty of hangers. In some of our tiny beach houses the bedrooms are so small that they don’t have closets so we made our own ceiling-mounted racks from industrial pipes. There are some wall mounted ones as well, just be careful to use toggle bolts or ideally screw into a stud. This is a good question. We’ll answer more in-depth in our next q&a video. 😊
