Game simulates amazingly, its just that without the proper peripherals/setup your literally flooring it and red lining every time you hit the accelerator. Which kills your traction hard.

If anyone thinks that driving in this game is impossible based on this playthrough just use a controller or steering wheel and adjust your turning sensitivity to have more of a deadzone for input so when you slightly turn it doesn't just turn at the speed of light.

oney and the lads being so impressed by all of the physics elements in a really great physics sandbox is adorable. I love this series

Oh man this video just made me realise just now, that the NG in OneyNG stands for NewGrounds. I never knew or thought about it until this video. My mind has been blown and my life is a lie

Disappointed that they never continued this series. There's so much potential to this game.

*Spoilers* - The first part is the entire plot to Golden Wind, featuring Mick

Beam NG is amazing but it does require some patience. Would be neat if you guys would revisit this game later knowing how to play it and knowing how deep some of the settings actually go. You can really get in there and tweak the physics to however you like it, and there are so many different vehicles to choose from, including planes. Might be better to start in free-roam and on the wide open tutorial course when just starting out to get a feel for the controls and to explore the settings. Then, coming up with your own interesting/crazy scenarios once you're better acquainted with how to drive and what your favorite options are, the game's potential gets blown wide open. There also may be downloadable content like player-made vehicles, maps, scenarios, etc if you want to see what other people have done. Or just spend your time slamming vehicles into objects or other vehicles, it's up to you
