hi, can you access the osd menu on a windows pc and make changes via your home network? much like denon and marantz, i've never own an onkyo before and i'm looking at this model to upgrade.
Hi, you can make settings for the network function of the AVR using an Internet browser on a PC/smartphone/etc., e.g.: - changing friendly name, setting an AirPlay password, etc. - Control4: registering the unit if you are using a Control4 system - Firmware update: upload a firmware file that you downloaded to your PC (instead of using the firmware update via network on the AVR directly) - Network/WiFi/Proxy Settings Other functions need to be setup via the OSD.
Hello, the Bluetooth function on the AV receivers supports streaming from audio (from smartphone, tablet, pc, etc.) to the AV receiver, but not from the AVR to headphones or speakers. In this case, you might consider using network speakers or e.g. DTS Play-Fi/Chromecast compatible output devices.
hello. Nice video , so if you have a sub that go down to 20 hz , And have a couple of 100 watts select yes for thx sub .so my klipsch r 115 is good for THX on yes 😮 grtz
Very nice Sub indeed !, I have just checked over the spec's and your sub will be fine to use with the THX mode ON. I said that in the video because when the THX spec first came out there were a lot of subs that couldn't reach down that far with a flat response. Also if you have it in a corner or along a side wall make sure you have the BGC on as well. This will take care of the loading that the room adds to low freq's
