Taking exams at the exam centers are so distracting. I took only one exam at the exam center and will never go back. I took my last 2 exams at home early in the morning and was perfect. Good Video though, keep up the good work, I am a fan.

Does anyone knows if it is allowed to use a blank sheet of paper to jot down some stuff that you might forget during the test, when taking the test online? I've heard this is allowed on the exam centers. Some RU-vid trainers even advise doing that, but I've never heard anyone saying that you can do that when taking the test online.

Unfortunately, it's not allowed. BUT you have a whiteboard on the exam starting from the part when you just read exam instructions. So you can use 30 mins allocated for instructions to type down what you need to remember to white board. I did so before.

@@jamaabouttech Thank you very much for your quick response, however, I'm not sure I understand your answer. So this whiteboard that you can write on is part of the testing App/website, but you can only access it for 30min during the instruction phase of the test, but not during the test itself. Did I get you correctly? If so, does it really help to write on it, if I can't access it during the test when I need it? I'm really curious to know how helpful it is.

I had scheduled an AZ-900 exam and when I performed the system test the day before, the exam simulation window threw a "AnyDesk.exe is not allowed to run...." error. Can anyone advise on how can this be resolved? Should we just terminate AnyDesk from the Background Processes in the Task manager?

Thank You for your explanations! I have a question though. For the CCNA exam (in presence) you're supposed to be allowed to use pen (or pencil) and paper. But, according to some info i found online, you should not have any of that for the Pearson VUE online exam. Based on your experience, do you have any idea how would that be worked out?

Based on my experience, you will not be allowed to use pen/paper on online Pearson exam. They provide a small whiteboard on the screen for notes. Hope this helps!

Can you tell me if the exam difficulty is same for both the cases (Virtual vs Physically present at test center) ?

Exam questions are the same! So no effect on difficulty :)

If you have anything on your desk that looks ‘suspicious’, they may ask you to show your desk on camera again. Otherwise, it’s just ‘I’m going yo start the exam soon’.

Exactly what I faced. They can't see me. I tried 2 times online and couldn't write because they couldn't see me. Not gonna try again. I will go to the exam center this friday and try

Last monday i had the apple device support exam online. Unfortunatelly i scored 70% and the passing was 78 %. It was quite stressfull because i wasnt allowed to use headphones to hear.
