Knew everything except the guaranteed burning blade, and I'm definitely gonna be using that. I think it's worth noting for the tall tale completions that having an allianced ship put the checkpoints down is a lot faster. They don't have to rejoin as their checkpoint doesn't disappear when the other crew progresses/complets it. Also, I'm not entirely sure but I don't think you have to kill all the animals first before resetting the island.

additionally for the milestones in the damned tip, you don’t get drunk in the tunnel of the damned (between the server you just left and the actual sea of the damned, or on the way back), so it’s a very good time to get some grogs down

i watch stuff like this all the time and i have over 40 days in the game so the fact that i didn't know quite a lot of these is amazing, thank you!!

Using SoG for plunder is a hell of a grind but only took me about 2 weeks to get 50 pieces

Here is a great tip that im not sure anyone knows, BUT Animal crates CAN absorb cannonball shots. Not sure if the same works for normal chest loot as i havent tried that. Animal Crates wont protect a keg because of the splash damage, unless it happens to be a direct hit against a crate. Chicken and Pig crates are the best just because you can put one on top of the cannon as a little defense to prevent getting oneballed, but it will make it slightly harder to see. Use the Prized Merchant Commission captain voyage for crates. Spam those and just collect pig and chicken crates and line the perimeter of your ship with this armor Its unconventional, can get in the way of other ship prompts like masts, sail, cannons, harpoons, but you wont take as many hits as it makes that “scuffed” sound AND if you sink, players will think you had a massive loot haul but will be confused when they see empty animal cargo. If you’re really good at positioning you might be able to drop the crates on the exterior parts of the ship, and be even harder to take down. Now you can solo sloop vs a whole server alliance with them wondering why tf this dude wont sink and why their cannons are getting hit regd

Cutthroat Cannonflares are the best for negating flash bang, I’m photosensitive and they’ve been a game changer for naval, used to have to rely on others for cannoning but now I can actually take shots

I clicked on this video thinking "he's only going to say noob stuff, I'm going to watch it just to prove I know everything about this game" and damn I learned a lot from watching this, like: 3. loot bullet sponge 7. fixing broken legs 13. take loot to a new server (but I wonder what kinda loot should be usefull to take to another server) 15. guaranteed burning blade (definely will use that to farm wraith cannonballs to that commendation) 19. silent reparing 23. animal voyages completions 24. prevent server hoppers so thanks!!

Number 15 is a great tip, my crew always wants to have fun with wraithballs and that tip makes farming them at the start of a session much easier.

Btw, if you use the last checkpoint in Captains of the Damned, Barbossa won't constantly be in your ear. It's a lot quieter that way. :D Also, NumLock will not "hold down your last input". It is simply auto-walk, i.e. just pressing forward and nothing else. It's useful nonetheless.

That mermaid one is actually VERY useful people can just stockpile their most valuable loot

13th working with mermaids I didn't know, I did know buried treasure carries over. 15th I heard before but oddly enough it never worked for me.

I've tried doing the Burning Blade method when grinding for the Burning Blade and Ghost Captain Sails a few days ago, and I gotta say it didn't work for me at the very least. It was purely random, no matter the position in the Quests tab (they were also always the furthest to the right every single time).

Great video. I just wanna add that (9.) You're showing the wrong red cannon flare. The good one is the cutthroat cannon flare. And (11.) It's not the best idea to fish in the TT's because if you get treacherous plunder, it'll disappear when you hop through the portal again.

The transporting loot with the mermaid is crazy man

I'm not sure if it has been patched or not but as far as your tip number 12 is concerned each map completed for the voyages is counted as the voyage completed. But I can't speak for it since the most recent update.

You don't have to go to the ferry to reset the island. If everybody fires themselves ad far as possible out of the cannon away from the island it will respawn the animals when you all take the mermaid back.

Jack-O-Looter flare is the least obstructive flare in my experience

Respawn animals - you don't need to kill the animals. Its enough to go to the ferry
