Awesome man. I go into a lot better detail on the Grip Stuff at thegripauthority.com. It's truly an educational site. This stuff is really just the basics.
1) Grippers - I love this things and don’t give a crap about carryover. 2) Rolling Thunder - No homo, but I like grabbing thick handles. 3) Block Pinch - Gotto work that thumb.
Similar here grippers, I just like em Pinch blocks And rolling thunder/wrist wrench... I don't know why but I have a lot of fun with those... Missing a lift drives me nuts when you know you can add just a little more chalk 😂
2” axle, loadable sledgehammer, and a 3”/4” Saxon bar. I consistently go with the axle and sledge but every time I answer this question I change the pinch implement.
U said u hate grippers lately. Come on jedd, get up and close that number 4 before u die. We will be so happy to watch u achieve one of your bucket lists. Its sad if u lost interest in gripper cause we will never know if u can close number 4 or not
Hey Jedd, for block weight training, what are your thoughts on using whole dumbbells with two hands? I have seen in the past you recommend standing them on their end for one handed work. Thanks for your advice and coaching
Alright napalm i think i'd go with my gd iron grip 90 (gripper with multiple difficulties) with the thumb blasters, a cupinator because i love armwrestling, and a little big horn from ironmind. This is assuming I am still allowed to bend nails and use my axle for all my lifts like I already do
I'm thinking along the lines of Inch Feat Mastery. Gotta get to Clean and Press with it, and eventually Snatch it. I'd go crazy if I had to train Axle for the rest of my life.
Yeah i suppose if you're training for a competition but just for general hand strength as most folks don't want to specialise only on grip training. It's too boring doing that in my opinion. I prefer to do something interesting like axle deadlifts and stuff plus those inch dumbells are ridiculously expensive for an implement that most folks will have trouble even getting it off the ground.
@@gripstrength it's an attachment for climbing has small pockets that go from 20mm to 6mm in depth and it has two 25mm pockets one for single finger use another for two fingers focuses more on the finger tips it's like a hangboard
