Massive fan of sports sim games and recently got this, Draft Day Football 20 and Franchise Hockey Manager 6. I know next to nothing about baseball so finding these videos really useful so thanks man!
great video i had to grab my notebook and write half of that stuff down. i was actually looking for related info and was hoping you could tell me any info on the red and green arrows and how much attention i should be giving them? If a player never displays any arrows when should i move them from one minor league to the next? ii realise this is ootp info and not MLB info. Any info at all would be appreciated i learned a ton from this one. Last thing, I love Orioles and live about 20mins from Camden Yards so i appreciate you playing them. I was 8 when they won the World series in 83 so i do remember them when they were actually good a long long long time ago lol
Glad it was helpful! I live near Camden Yards too and alive for the 1983 World Series, but not old enough to remember. With the arrows, I don't really use them at all. But, I think they are useful, especially if you're new to the game. I've been meaning to do a video on minor league management for a while now and hope to do one soon.
I am trying to find where to set roster rules for minor league teams. I have all my minor league teams appear to have a 25 player limit. But my lowest minor league team has 125!!!!! I do not know how to adjust these limits.
@@pfholden OK I changed roster sizes. I realized there was a tab on right of screen to switch to other leagues. Now I have 30 on each minor league team with 40 on BC (lowest developmental). So now my BC teams are underpopulated. I have Ghost players turned on, so does that mean it just playes with the few players and works around them?
@@pfholden Thank you for all your help. I still struggle with getting the computer to stop redoing my line-ups. And I really don't understand minor league coaches influences.
