As always - thanks for the notes! Which painting?

the one behind you in the intro :) On a sidenote, I'm really hating not being able to train in the holydays...too bad there's no trace of a grappling (or striking, for that matter) gym of any kind here (and back in Rome it's way too hot to train anything other than 40ºC survival skills lol).

Ahhh, my city scape - thanks! Where are you at right now where there is no gym? Hope to see you on the mats someday.

Rocca di Cambio, Abruzzi, Italy. There really isn't anything here. Closest grappling gym seems to be in L'Aquila and probably not open in August. I do envy how much more popular martial arts and fighting sports are there in America...at least we get cheap classes, i guess. Mat space is usually very limited though. Anyway... it'll be hard to see me on the mats there in America. But who knows, if I ever happen to be close I'll be sure to drop by and personally thank you for the videos :)

Just wow. What a great method. Conceptual, systemic and global. This is how jj should be taught. Learning 3 techniques by class feels disconnected and it takes a lot of time to be effective, but this is great. Sorry for my bad English and thank you professor.
