This one tested me. I could feel that before reaching the pose as my breathing became more faster. But the stretch plus your consistent pointers on alignment are very helpful. Thank you.

Thanks, my shoulders feel significantly softer now! 🤗 They are generally a catastrophy, and lifting that fist up behind my back (which is part of many yoga classes) is almost impossible. For me the lift is maybe about an inch off my lower back 😅... Will try to keep coming back to this class, hopefully that will help.

Thanks so much ! My upper back is my kind of stiff, I think these exercises could help. I’ll keep practicing. If I can, I’ll love more of upper back stretches and strengthening with focus on the breathing. I noticed that I was not opening my chest before going into the move but rather while and was kind of confusing for me. Thanks again !

Those poses were so unexpected, which was nice! I like not knowing where a pose is going bc it helps me to slow down and focus (not just go right into autopilot). And those balances were super fun!
