This was exactly what I was looking for! As a runner who does long runs on Saturday and CrossFit during the week, I was looking for a Sunday lower body stretch to release a little tension. Perfect! I look forward to other flexibility work, but might come back to this one often. Thank you!

Would be perfect if just a little bit of relaxing music in background. It’s a personal thing but it helps me to stay on track with the breathing and relaxing into the stretches. Otherwise more please!!

I was just listening your video(bc i worked all the day on the computer and want to relax my eyes)and try to do yoga. At the last part, after the final breath, my eyes were closed and i felt relaxed and you said "speak of the devil" repeatedly, idk why but it scared me to death, i guess i thought there are devils around me :d (my native lang is not english :)) so this is the sweetest video that i am scared most :D and ive learned the idiom thanks to you and probably nefer forgotten :D by the way you are gorgeous!!!❤❤

This pace was much better, but I still can't do any seated forward folds, without my lower back rounding all the way down by the tailbone. Any advice?

Hi Liv, I really enjoy your videos (you give great cues!) and I often combine the shorter ones into a single session to suit my fancy. This video was another great session, Thank you! at 19:06 on this video you go into a bind, and I was just wondering what I should be feeling/focusing on? I wasn't sure I was hitting the right stretch. Thanks again for these great videos!

I've tried a bunch of yoga instructionals on RU-vid. I find your mental cues (such as corkscrewing the hips in pigeon stretch etc) the most helpful. Thanks 👍

When I'm tired during a yoga practice, I just can help but breath super vigorously and quickly. Do you have any tips to slow the breaths down during difficult poses?

Breathing quicker when your body is working harder is to be expected! Don't worry at all, just focus on taking full breaths and that's all you need!

You've no idea how glad I am to have finally found some yoga stretching while I rehabilitate from 2 major abdominal surgeries and a slipped disc. I plan to do this one for a month and review pain a daily basis then if all is well, I can move onto the next set of videos (21 day challenge) unless you think I should do something else first before that. I have missed yoga so so bad since September, thank you for being with me while I get back to my passion at 5am in the morning before anyone else is up xx P.S. I Love seeing your subscribers go up every few days, well done you xx

Your content is awesome. I literally never exercise until i reach one point that my lower back is in pain. I'm working 9 hours a day and since now is wfh I never get enough walk or move. Your video of yoga save my life. I dedicated my time to stretch my body and I'm feeling better. Thank you for your video!

Liv, this is mint. A friend of mine recommended your channel. If ever deep stretch was the appropriate title for a video then it is this one. I definitely didn't look like you in some of the poses, my flexibility is not great, but i loved the variations in lizard pose. Something new but purposeful. I'll be returning to this one and exploring some of your other video classes too. Thanks.

I wish I could give this another thumbs up. I did it again today. Really enjoy this practice. I tend to have tight hips, glutes and hamstrings on my right side and this practice helps loosen things up. Thanks Liv.
