I made this for my mother's birthday, and it was a hit!!! The cake was sweet but not cloyingly so, the coffee made it bearable for my family members who's not a big fan of sticky sweet desserts. Thankyou for the recipe!!!
I made this cake for my MILs birthday and she loved it. Everyone did. That coffee buttercream is so heavenly too. I almost lost my marbles with the process of making this and it definitely wasn't as serene as hers, my kitchen looked like a hurricane had passed afterwards 🤣.

Although I fail to make the coffee butter cream for the first time and i make successfully for the second time after follow steps by ateps in the video. For me the hardest thing to make opera, is to make coffee butter cream. I almost give up. Thanks God, my coffee butter cream is successfully make after i add a little bit of cornflour inside.

I made this recipe recently and it was so delicious! The coffee buttercream was heavenly and everything balanced each other out to provide a coffee flavored dessert! It took all day to make but was worth it! Here are some tips that I think are useful to anyone trying to make this: - The egg yolks in the coffee buttercream are completely safe. I was skeptical at first, but it is safe to eat since the egg ‘cooks’ from the addition of the hot syrup. - Make sure to grease both the pans that you use AND the parchment paper or else the sponge cake with stick and you’ll have a mess. - I would half the recipe for the coffee syrup since I had a lot of leftover but it’s your choice. - I didn’t have the Pailleté Feuilletine, so I used crushed Corn Flake cereal instead and it worked perfectly. You can barely tell that it’s cereal in the final product! - Heating up the knife and wiping it clean before each cut gives really nice pieces! That’s it! Enjoy

I made this cake the other day,it was absolutely delicious!!!! I love all your recipes thank you for sharing :) Only thing I will change next time is I will half the quantity of the buttercream and the ganache because it was a thicker layer than in the video. Other than that 💯💯💯💯
Im making this step by step, and not in one day. I dont like to stress myself with too many things to do at once so today i made the coffee buttercream, and the coffee syrup. Tomorrow will be the joconde sponge and chocolate ganache. It feels so much easier this way. Oh and btw the coffee buttercream tastes soooo good. Wayyyy tastier than American buttercream. I was sceptical cz it has egg yolks but it's actually amazingg

Crepes have their own flavour you know ;) but the description is pretty accurate. You can also buy the little crepes whole ( I think the brand is called Gavottes) and it's very good with a warm beverage.

Dear, I know why you hate Opéra ! Because you must to listen bad singers. Big talents come very difficult in Theater, because artistic directors are jealous, and only bad voice can sing in Theater. Audience is not happy, but directors only make money, they take milion singers to destroy culture, they are not interested to know what audience say. I hope wish come true and audience can enjoy one day with one the best talent, maybe one day...

The other day I made glaze with white chocolate (candy wafers), worked perfect while still warm, but not creamy when dried, it became hard like I didn't put any oil in it.
