Cats were already used this way by our alien overlords. They gather information on humans and transmit to their cat masters who lay in wait for the final feline invasion of Earth. At least that's what my cats told me. We were all drunk at the time though....

Russia tried to train dogs to be live anti tank weapons by strapping explosives to their bodies and teaching them to go under tanks to find treats. bombs would be on a remote trigger or some sort of time delay fuse. Unfortunetly for the Russians they forgot one detail, they trained the dogs using Russian tanks as stand ins and when they tested it out on the battlefield the dog ran under the Russian T34 instead of the German Tiger. They abandoned the idea.

I wonder though. Hollywood can train cats to do some pretty impressive things. I went to the animal actors show at universal studios, cats can definitely be trained. So when the CIA's declassified file says, "nothing to see here, move along..." how are we even to believe them.
I have somewhat trained my cat to go to his bowl and sit and wait for his food. Sometimes he still does what he wants but it’s like 60/40 he’ll listen. Other than that, yeah no he doesn’t listen worth a darn thing
