Yes the world promotes perverted sex like oral sex which this pastor also promotes. Oral sex is mentioned in the Bible it falls under sodomy. Webster's dictionary defines sodomy as both anal and oral sex but it could also include all other non procreative methods of having sex which would include toys, hand sex, using the pull out method ect.
