I wanted this, but was tired and lazy. I browned my whole thighs ( skin and bones too!) under the broiler while I made the sauce in my Instant pot and started rice. I then put my crispy, browned thighs in the pot and cooked them on high for 15 minutes. I thought I might have to broil them again, but they stayed crispy. I removed them from the pot, thickened the sauce and yelled: "Dinner's ready!" It was delicious and the meat fell off the bones anyhow. I actually ate mine in a bowl and with a spoon!
