Matt Phillips talking about respect is absurd. He told me he was going to do a ride along with me on lake Okeechobee in January. He never showed.l wanted to show him the damage fwc was doing. He agreed to spray a area of my choice so we could see what the damage was. He is a master manipulator and a liar. He says he's a sportsman and uses the resources. This can't be true with the condition's of our lakes. Matt I'm still waiting.
