Orchid keiki removing and potting 

There are people that love to cut off the flower spikes and claim it is the best thing to do. I don't like cutting them off totally in order to let them either develop keikis or new flower spikes. Let me know if you had success developing keikis.

Many people criticize me for leaving my spikes when I post on social media. They claim keikis and secondary bloom or spike will drain the plant and leaves will be in a poor state, etc.

If they are blooming I would wait.

You must wait till it has at least 3 roots. This can take a few months. Orchids is all about patience.

No cinamon, no waterperoxide. Just leave it.

Unfortunately not. Most orchid growers go on luck and pray that their orchid will develop a keiki. In the past, I have tried several ways in which people in youtube videos claimed they know the way you can push the flower spike to develop keikis, but I have never had any succes. A few weeks ago, I have seen a new video with a new way and I will certainly try this. I will film it and upload it on the channel. Of course it will take time.

I have a Keiki Ill be removing in a few months , once I do what would you suggest as far as watering ? @@botanicdesigns

As far as watering do as with an adult plant, once a week.

I just noticed a bloom stalk on my favorite Orchid . This is odd because she already has 2 stalks , have you ever seen this ?
