Can you vacate/dismiss the temporary order of protection, before you get to the hearing? My particular OoP contains wild false allegations that my ex-wife made and she obtained this order “protecting” me from her and our child. Malicious.
What reason could a woman have other than child and home?? Other wise that woman has no reason for it except to be left alone . Why would the man care if. He stays away.??? I don't get it...
