I like the idea of putting cheese and mayo on a vegan burger patty.

I think in the first food review video, Ian made the comment "I'm not sure food reviews are the future of RU-vid entertainment," but this is one of my favorite series. I am not entirely sure why I like these, but they're great. Thanks for the content!

I'm not even vegan anymore, but 13 years of getting excited when someone says a vegan alternative is "not bad" is hard to get over.

The nutballs reminded me of slightly discolored Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

I'm surprised you didn't add marinara sauce to the meatball sub so you could make a callback to the "marinara" joke from the Banquet video.

I don't know why I find these videos so entertaining like it doesn't matter what he's reviewing it's almost always entertaining and oddly relaxing

I have to admit your editing is freaking great.

I really like veggie burgers. I think the bad wrap they get is people expecting meat. If you view it as an entirely different thing they can be quite nice. Like with bean burgers. Many are really nice.

You have to be a seriously creative smart person to somehow make videos about eating frozen foods, playing old games, and watching horrible movies really really really entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable to watch. Brutalmoose has a legit talent, I can see him going places with it. His dry humor is always on point and the editing is so well thought out and unique, and just the way he “is” is such a rare character to have . I’m subscribed to a bunch of youtubers but I don’t get quite as excited and eager to watch their new videos as I do with brutalmoose. I really hope this man gets into television, I’m sure if he made a show it would be nothing short of fantastic and binge worthy. Just like his channel. Thanks brutalmoose for all the time you put into your content. The last year of my life has been one of the worst years I’ve ever had and your videos never fail to brighten my day. PS, I am really loving those long luscious locks.

Old video, but as a general rule when it comes to assembling burgers. Always put cheese first, then greens. The heat from the burgers will make the greens wilt much faster and make it sloppy instead of retaining it's crunch and the cheese will act as a heat barrier to avoid that from happening.

This has got to be one of the best edited low budget shite food reviews I've ever seen, keep doing your thing man it's definately unique.

Generally, it's a bad idea to buy camping gear online. The stuff is sturdy when sitting on it, but is fragile from impacts through shipping. Just drive to your local Big 5 or Cabela's. Big 5 preferably because it's cheaper. But Cabela's is like a theme park for outdoorsmen, so take your pick.

I like how he reads reviews for lawn chairs while eating vegan burgers

My sisters are both vegans and I occasionally try some of their stuff and it's not that bad? They use a lot of spices to make it tastier. The one thing my sisters did warn me about was vegan cheese...beware, Ian, the vegan cheese. Overall, great video; will take these recommendations for lawn furniture.

Seeing how Ian's """cooking skills""" are, I wouldn't be surprised if he had his pan on too high and didn't cook the nutballs all the way through.

Salt is a type of preservative so those foods are not preservative-free.

Try this with the rest of your burgers: Use 1/4 of an avocado mixed with a little salsa as a spread, it's really good. Here are some suggestions for other vegetarian foods to try: Morning Star burgers (the spicy black bean and the grillers are especially good) Amy's meals (seriously awesome) The mattar paneer, palak paneer, and vegetable korma are my favorites Amy's burritos The tofu scramble, cheddar cheese, and black bean are my faves I'd love to see how you like these!

Vegan replacements are sooooo hit and miss. Every brand is different and some are better than others but I'm gonna try to find some of that nut. The key thing to remember with vegan brands is that some actually try to taste like meat while others just try to serve the same kinda purpose.

You should do an episode on either frozen breakfast foods in general, and/or one solely on frozen waffles.

The amount of times I’ve giggled at this man saying nutballs is unbelievable

Some time you should try reviewing cheap frozen pizzas. Stuff like Tony's Pizza, Red Baron Pizza, Hot Pockets, and Jeno's by Totino's Crisp n' Tasty (just a few examples) and make them peperoni pizza. That way you can rate them on peperoni content, size of pizza, and of course the taste.

Why do I love the series so much? It's watching someone read boxes and eat food, this shouldn't be as good as it is!

Do you by any chance, like, hear goofy sound effects as you go about your daily life. Cause I imagine you hearing snaps and bongos as you gesture and then you have to edit them back in so that we can experience the world as you do. Which I thank you for, btw

When I went vegetarian I tried my first veggie burger. I loved it so much. It makes me sad it's sort of seen as a meatless substitute to a hamburger rather than it's own food. Like some days you want pizza, some days you want a hamburger and some days you're feeling a veggie burger. They are often really good (although occasionally very very very bad - but sometimes burgers are too).

I suspect the nutballs would be better as part of a pasta, where there'd be some more distractions and a sauce. Also, maybe cook them on a lower heat, so the heat gets through to the centre better? ...But this is just speculation.

Hi moose, I really appreciate your positive attitude when tasting even though they looked a little odd when cooking. I'd legit glad you enjoyed them, now I might go buy some NUT. If you're interested in some tastier vegan stuff, I recommend the brand Gardein. The beefless burgers, orange chicken, beefless ground, crispy chicken patties, meatballs, and turkey cutlets with gravy are great. Just in case you want to try more frozen vegan goodies.

They used to serve nut cutlets at a pub my family and I occasionally eat at. It was an alternative to meat for the Sunday dinner, and they were always delicious. All the frozen ones we bought never tasted anything like it. Unfortunately, like everything else I liked on their menu, they changed the recipe and then removed it entirely. Maybe one day, I'll find them again ...
