This is how I am currently storing and sorting my paper scraps. I always have a working container where I use my scraps. Once I am done using them I like to file them away to use later.

Always helpful 😊 I will do this the same way with my papers - great idea 😁 I have no crafting room yet so i store the things i have in boxes at the moment.

This is what I started doing this morning…when I am on a crafting binge I tend to lump all my scraps together and have a big mess. I made some headway already, then your video showed up!
Thanks for showing your method. Paper & scraps can be so overwhelming and right now I've been putting them all in a big basket and and a couple of little boxes for the smaller scraps. I haven't printed any digitals because of being overwhelmed & trying to use what I have. Hope you're doing well. xo Lisa
Hello Lisa! Yes scraps are in abundance everywherr all the time. I've come to realize i will always have them so i mjst find a way to organize it. This works for me because it is easy to find a certain color/vintage/pattern scrap. Happy organizing hehe 💜
I love the zip lock bag idea. I have all of my scraps in the same large 2 gallon zip lock as all my themed papers it came from are in (summer/tropical/winter/xmas/etc) so they are just swimming at the bottom under all these 12x12 and cut up large paper. Moving them into their own smaller zip locks each would be a big help
I like the vertical aspect and being able to flip through the bin to get to what you want. Horizontal storage is terrible- you have to dig deep under things to get to anything that’s in the middle/bottom and it gets messy
Sat down to see how others sort scraps…. Been sorting my own this morning. Guess I’m on right track as we do it the same! Keep find random digi cutouts too. So thanks I’m back at it!!!
I have had that happen but it doesn't bother me too much because they are just scraps and once I've filled the bag and box enough they don't bend as much for me.
